Abstract submission

Submission Guidelines

The NCCN 2027 Scientific Committee welcomes delegates to submit abstracts of original research, case reports/series, education, or quality improvement. The Committee will review all submissions after the submission deadline (5 November 2026). Notification of acceptance will be sent to authors on 19 November 2026.

General Information

• Submission of an abstract does not guarantee acceptance.
• The Scientific Committee welcomes abstracts for both oral presentations and posters.
• The Scientific Committee will evaluate submissions based on scientific quality, educational value, clinical relevance, originality, and timeliness of the topic.
• Applicants may submit more than one abstract.
• Authors should select the most appropriate conference topic, however, the Scientific Committee reserves the right to change the topic if needed.
• Only Abstracts of registered participants will be printed. At least one of the authors must be registered for the Conference.
• It is the author’s responsibility to submit a correct abstract; any errors in spelling, grammar, or scientific fact will be published as typed by the author, if accepted. Poor English may be a cause for rejection.
• By submitting an abstract, the author approves the submission terms (including conflict-of-interest and funding disclosures; confirmation of appropriate ethical approval and patient consent where applicable).

Instructions

TITLE: Spell out words, do not use abbreviations. The title or text is not to indicate the country of origin, unless it is pertinent to the topic. Maximum 150 characters, including spaces.

AUTHORS: Names and surnames for each author must be provided. Do not include degrees or titles. The presenting author’s name will be published in bold.

AFFILIATIONS: Each author should be listed by University/Hospital, Department and Country. Please make sure to include this complete information in the Affiliation text box.

TEXT: The abstract must be in English and should be a maximum of 300 words, excluding the title. Images, figures, tables or references should not be included in the abstract.

3. Evoked potentials, sensory systems and pain

6. Neurotechnology, quantitative methods, AI and emerging techniques
7. Education, quality improvement and other topics
