On behalf of the Local Organizing Committee and Scientific Committee, we are delighted to invite you to the Nordic Conference of Clinical Neurophysiology 2027 (NCCN 2027) in Uppsala, Sweden.

The conference
NCCN 2027 will bring together clinicians, researchers, technologists, trainees, and industry partners from across the Nordic countries and beyond to share the latest advances in clinical neurophysiology. Our goal is to create an inspiring scientific meeting that combines cutting-edge research, state-of-theart clinical practice, and educational excellence in a collegial and interactive environment.

The scientific program will cover the full breadth of clinical neurophysiology, including neuromuscular disorders, EEG and epilepsy, intraoperative monitoring, evoked potentials, autonomic nervous system disorders, ultrasound, emerging technologies, and artificial intelligence in neurophysiology. Through lectures, symposia, workshops, and abstract presentations, participants will have the opportunity to learn from leading experts while fostering new collaborations and professional networks.

We are expecting between 350 and 400 delegates during these two days.

Venue
The conference will be held in Uppsala, at the University Main Building, 15-16 April 2027. The exhibition areas are located on the ground floor where coffee and lunch will be served (please see Floor plan on page 3). This ensures that delegates will pass the exhibition areas, which opens up for an ongoing and rewarding dialogue between delegates and exhibitors.

Please note that the pre-conference workshops, educational courses, and committee meetings taking place on 14 April 2027 will be held at a location other than the University Main Building.

Lanyards: 10 000 SEK + production costs
The lanyard is handed out to all registered delegates together with the name badge. All delegates are requested to wear their name badge at all times whilst at the conference. The exhibitor is responsible for production and costs. This is limited to one exhibitor (first-come first-served).

Notebooks and pens: 10 000 SEK + production costs
Notebooks and pens will be distributed to all participants upon arrival at the conference. The exhibitor is responsible for production and costs. This is limited to one exhibitor (first-come first-served).
